The correct racket will compliment your game perfectly, give you more confidence and allow your skills to shine. Something as simple as the correct grip size can reduce discomfort and the risk of injuries too.

Finding your perfect racket is possible, you just need to be aware of your playing style and skill level. You can then make an informed choice from the thousands of different rackets on the market.

Serve and volley players will need a light and manoeuvrable racket. A power racket will be ideal for them as it generates a high ball speed off the strings. If you have a short or narrow swing, opt for a power racket that can generate a high ball speed off the racket.

For players who have not fully mastered the game, a hybrid racket will not generate a huge amount of power but will be very forgiving to less than perfect shots. Hybrid rackets have a great balance of power and control.

The majority of players are a grip size 3. Please be aware that the smaller rackets sizes are best for Juniors or those with smaller hands.
